Returns for Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to you. If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We gladly accept returns for products that are damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Your Order: Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage, take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
  2. Contact Us Within 7 Days: Please email our customer support team at support@jacob-tranquille.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos you took.
  3. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will issue a return authorization. Please do not return any products without this authorization, as they may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  4. Return Shipping: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged product. In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Damaged Products

Due to the nature of skincare products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items. All sales are final once the product is opened or used.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for non-damaged products. However, if your product arrives damaged, we can offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds, regardless of the condition.
